- 3-5 Years of experience in HR Operations
- Supports the implementation and administration of Human Resources plans, policies, benefits, and programs.
- Addresses questions or resolves issues regarding enrolment, claims, benefits, leave programs and other applicable programs, with a focus on exceptional customer service to deliver a positive employee experience.
- Manages activities related to the onboarding & offboarding process. Schedules Starting Block for new hires. Execution of background checks for new hires.
- Manages vendor evaluation, documentation and third-party onboarding process.
- Acts as the liaison with external vendors and processes vendor invoices.
- Manages and administers all aspects of HR transactions in Workday. Maintains accurate and up-to-date information on employees in Workday, ensuring complete confidentiality
- Single point of contact for all Employee letters
- Updates & acts on Service Now tickets as per SLA
- Responds to employees and management queries on various HR policies, processes and benefits.
- Supports in preparing data and documentation for government filings, audit requests, and other compliance-related requirements.
- Provides general ad-hoc reporting support, including HR metrics, while ensuring data integrity, data privacy, and appropriate analytics.
- Supports and participates in assigned HR projects and initiatives; performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
