Manager Channel Sales SMB 

The  Global Channel Team s looking for a Manager of the SMB Sales Representatives for the CEE Region

 

As a Manager of the Small and Medium Business Sales Representatives  you will be responsible for sales management and leadership of SMB sales contributing to the achievement of SAS’s strategic corporate and business unit objectives through the implementation of sales and marketing strategy within the Central East Europe Region.

 In this role you'll 

  • Be accountable for achievement of Revenue Target 
  • In consultation and alignment with Global Channels objectives, localize, develop, and execute business plans with clear goals, measurable objectives, and defined success criteria for SAS targets and other key metrics that match the priorities set for the team/group by the head of Global Channel Sales.  
  • Establishe and prioritize group or department responsibilities/objectives relative to group, department, division, and corporate Channel goals.  
  • Work in conjunction with Customer Success, Partner Operations, Partner Advisory, & Channel Marketing, to ensure alignment between specific partner(s) initiatives agreed upon in our business plans.  
  • Maintain company  standards for the responsible area of management including accurate and appropriate documentation of projects, sales pipeline and forecasts.  
  • Ensure that initiatives and projects are completed on time following established procedures and schedules. Communicate and/or presents group or department activities to SAS employees, Partner(s), and customers, as needed.  
  • Involve upper management in major decisions.  
  • Direct staff to explore, develop, and coordinate revenue generating programs, business development projects and marketing activities with Channel Partner(s).   
  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching and supporting.   

 

Skills needed

  • ​​Demonstrated proven record of complex solution selling
  • ​​Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • ​Ability to manage, negotiate, and close multiple complex sales opportunities.
  • ​Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques and principles, specifically in the hardware and/or software industry.
  • ​​Strong leadership, supervisory, interpersonal and oral communication skills; demonstrated project leadership skills.

​Ability to work and learn independently; demonstrated ability to interact productively with all levels of staff

 

Work Location: CEE Region

 

Required qualifications

 

7 years of experience in Indirect, or Direct Sales .

Good knowledge of the SMB Market in term of Ecosystem of Partner and Customers in the Region.
