Manage product quality standards by ensuring functional, unit, and performance testing is comprehensive; work closely with development and testing teams to verify test plans.

Own monthly compliance cadence for EFC's deployable units within the company's centralized CI/CD pipeline, including security policy and dependency management tickets.

Coordinate with shared UX, documentation, and architecture resources aligned to the product.
Provide technical leadership as appropriate for projects and to the team through mentoring, training, and managing the activities of the team.
Lead the team through organizational change, including potential shifts in team composition, reporting lines, and product scope as the department evolves toward a product-centric operating model.
