As a Business Development Executive (EdTech), you will:
- Sells training products and solutions to current and prospective customers; works with other education personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers within assigned territory.
- Works closely with new and existing customers, Software Sales Account Executives, Customer Success managers and /or Consulting to determine customer training needs and advise on appropriate solutions.
- Implements all aspects of territory and account management and development; Identifies opportunities with high “close” potential, qualifies and forecasts timeframes to close business. Manage your territory, opportunities and forecasting using SAS’s global sales system.
- Proactively crafts and proposes solutions that clarify how SAS training offerings can bring business value and address each customer’s critical business challenges. Assists customers in assessing their Talent Development needs.
- Achieves success by using your consultative skills to effectively manage the sales process from discovery to close.
- Works closely with training colleagues to facilitate timely response to qualified, high revenue and high customer satisfaction potential leads.
- Collaborates with other SAS lines of business to lead the SAS adoption and skills development journey from our customer.
- Prepares quotations and proposals as needed; works with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for services.
- Develops an understanding of the market and competition, SAS training offerings and how people develop skills and methods of skill development. Develops a basic understanding of company pricing and licensing procedures.
- Follows up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to uncover additional opportunities.
- Leverages networking skills at SAS events and elsewhere to expand your customer contacts and support the overall mission of helping customers be successful.
- Facilitates on-site training engagements from qualifying and logistics to supervising delivery and follow up.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0 – 3 years of experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior industry or internship experience in the sales within the technology industry is an advantage.
- Entry level knowledge on sales techniques
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Good organizational skills.

Resolve basic Business or Decision issues for the client including questions on business practices, system configuration, system usage and monitoring
Ensure portal issues, entered as cases, case activities or tasks in Salesforce are resolved accurately within pre-defined resolution timeframes and details entered in Salesforce
Communicate with clients via the appropriate method
Interact with and support the internal clients like Client Relationship Manager, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, Research and other teams
Ensure timely identification of issues and appropriate escalations to the senior ROA member

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAS projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management including direction, planning and budgeting, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects while ensuring consistency with SAS’ overall strategy, commitments, and goals.
You will:
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress.
- Lead and/or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.

Summary

The Taiwan Consulting team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAS Risk/Fraud projects in Taiwan.Our team provides consulting and implementation service including requirements gathering, analysis, solution development, knowledge transfer and project closeout both off and on customer site. The Customer Success team is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Renewal Specialist to support SAS’s customer retention and renewal strategy, on-time execution of renewals processes and contracts.
You will develop programs to manage implementation of customer relationship strategies to increase both the effectiveness and efficiency of our loyalty and retention efforts. - Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and solicit executive involvement and escalate as required.
- Accurately maintain/update a rolling 120 day forecast of renewals in your territory and ensuring any uncovered risk is clearly communicated to develop resolution strategies.
- Follow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes including Opportunity Management, Data Quality, Quoting and Forecasting.
- Engage in strategic account planning with key stakeholders across the business to ensure accountability across teams; act as a Renewals brand ambassador.
Required Qualifications

Summary
The sales team is looking for an Account Executive to be responsible for sales of SAS software products, solutions and services in a high volume, multi-tasking environment to prospective and current accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sells software, solutions and services to current and prospective customers; works with other sales/pre-sales/domain/personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers within assigned territory.
- Fulfills wide range of requests for information from prospective customers. Qualifies level of opportunity and resources required.
- Prospects within a territory or account to uncover business needs.
- Implements aspects of territory and account management and development; identifies accounts with high "close" potential, qualifies, advances opportunity through milestone steps of sales cycle and forecast time frames to close business within Orion.
- Works closely with pre-sales resources and executives to facilitate timely response to highly qualified, high revenue potential opportunities.
- Prepares standard quotations and proposal information as needed; works with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for delivery services.
- Follows up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities.
- Develops a basic understanding of company pricing, licensing procedures and approvals matrix.
- Fully utilizes account planning process and tools (Account Plans and Opportunity Plans within BASE).
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Applies knowledge of company marketing goals and objectives, SAS applications, supported hardware platforms, marketing and business trends, and industry knowledge to assess account needs.
- Recommends appropriate solutions.
- Works closely with virtual sales team, account managers and executives to facilitate timely response to highly qualified, high revenue potential leads.
- Assists in evaluation of territory or account potential; uses BASE or Strategic selling methodology, pipeline management and forecasting to identify accounts with high "close" potential, qualifies, and forecasts time frames to close business.
- Develops action plans to close business for accounts.
- Develops plans to identify accounts that have the potential for further development and executes them.
- Teams with pre-sales resources and executives on strategic account development opportunities.
Required qualifications:
- 8 years of experience (specific industry related experience may be considered in combination with the above requirements).
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS, or other relevant discipline.
- Industry experience in FSI (financial services & insurance) market.
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques; knowledge of hardware and/or software acquisitions cycles and buying influences.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop a sales plan; ability to communicate technical and business concepts and relate them to SAS applications and user needs; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

The team is looking for a seniorcollaborator to support the Finance Business Partner relationships for Americas Sales. Our team supports the Sales Division by providing recommendations for critical decisions to Business Unit leaders.
As a Sr Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Build and maintain first class analysis (bespoke and standard metrics and views) for the leaders for America's sales Business Units (Financial Services, Government, Life Sciences) and regions (US, Latin America, Canada). Liase with the Senior Manager FBP to identify deliver analysis in a consistent and thorough manner
- Develop a deep understanding of the critical success factors and business drivers for the Business Units of the Americas Sales organization to establish and enhance the budget/forecast (3+9, 6+6, 9+3, 11+1) processes
- Acts as a bridge between business divisions and Corporate Finance, ensuring continuing awareness and alignment of processes, policies, and operations.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Insights & Analytics team and Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver timely, accurate data useful for decision making, helping to streamline processes/data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting or related field required.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a large international publicly owned company environment with exposure to financial planning and analysis activity.
- Master’s degree and/or CPA certification preferred (or internationally, a recognized accountancy qualification).
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office suite
- Advanced Financial Analysis / Project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
