As a Global Industry Marketing Manager for Governmental sector you’ll use your extensive public sector domain knowledge in combination with your marketing skills to work with colleagues from across SAS sales and Marketing to propel SAS forward in the Government sector.  Specifically, you’ll have two primary roles: 1) taking the lead on Global Government Portfolio Readiness; and 2) serving as the Government Community of Practice Lead for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).   Regarding Government Portfolio Readiness, at approximately 55% of your time, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of the global government portfolio of offerings (value propositions), as well as enablement. Our curiosity fuels innovation, pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo and changing the way we live.    What you’ll do We’re looking for a IT Support Specialist/ IT Systems Administrator responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of client and server computer systems. As a member of the ServiceDesk, this individual will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, triaging incidents using a combination of documented procedures, knowledge, experience, and other resources to resolve standard incidents or to escalate to appropriate support teams. Other responsibilities include a maintaining of AV conference infrastructure, virtualized environment, which includes a VMware environment, Active Directory, and virtual machines.   You will: - Effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills - Use ticketing system to track, verify, monitor, and solve client issues - Develop technical and end user documentation and knowledge base articles - Assist with installation and modification of software and hardware products that comprise SAS infrastructure - Work with other departments to resolve technical problems, answer questions, configure software and applications - Troubleshoots hardware, software, or performance problems on the systems network - Diagnose and repair client hardware. - Perform daily system monitoring & operations, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes. Diagnose and work with our vendors to solved problems and maintenances hardware. - Other responsibilities include providing support of a VMware virtualized environment, domain administration, test software updates, training infrastructure   What we’re looking for - Formal training or coursework in an IT related field; Associates degree in an IT related field is preferred. - Experience with interactive network environment and one or more client/server operating systems required - Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or Helpdesk support - End user support, customer support, or training experience - Experience documenting customer issues in ticketing system - Polish and English language fluency.
