What you’ll do:
We are currently seeking an Automated Test Engineer to join our team based in China, collaborating closely with the JMP software testing and development team headquartered in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for high-level testing and development services throughout the development cycle of JMP, JMP Live, and JMP Clinical products.
You will:
- Be responsible for testing JMP software, including JMP, JMP Live and JMP Clinical.
- Collaborate closely with the U.S. team to understand software functionalities and requirements, design, develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and/or processes accordingly.
- Applicants must be proficient in both manual and automated testing. They should be able to promptly identify and report issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation tests to ensure the stability and reliability across various configurations and environments.

About the role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated IT Manager to lead and advise our Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Delivery team. You will be responsible for the SAS Cloud go-to-market in your assigned region.

You will be instrumental in driving sales growth through managing go-to-market initiatives and engaging with our Customers and Prospects, in alignment with Sales priorities. As the Cloud champion you’ll be responsible for delivering inspiring presentations, communicating SAS Cloud’s value proposition and overcoming barriers to convert sales.
◆You will:
- Identify and develop new opportunities for SAS Cloud growth.
- Lead strategic initiatives for capturing market opportunities for SAS Cloud.
- Work closely with the Sales organization and their leadership, assisting them during the sales cycle, including identifying and qualifying opportunities, value positioning, overcoming objections, proposal and contract negotiation.
- Orchestrate virtual teams of business and technical individuals to create compelling proposals and value assessments for customers, that will effectively differentiate SAS Cloud from competitors.
- Communicate complex concepts in simplified manner, including cloud deployment approaches, security in the cloud and data strategies, linking those to business value for the customer.
- Develop strategic direction from market information and proactively communicate domain knowledge internally to influence and enable extended teams at SAS to proactively communicate the value of SAS Cloud to the market.
- Manage and report pipeline generation and forecasting to the Regional Asia Pacific Leadership.
◆What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or delivery of a managed services offering which include infrastructure, software, and consulting services OR experience working for IaaS, PaaS or SaaS provider.
- Experience in complex sales cycles or delivery of Big Data, Analytics, or Business Applications
- Strong sales or influencing skills
- Pipeline Management experience
