Assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The role also defines new business requirement standards and enforce implementation in all projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness results   Serve as a functional consultant and functional architect focusing in SAS Fraud Management Solutions with specific emphasis on Detection and Investigation Management.    You will - The Requirements Analyst translates business and system needs into Solution Requirements for Designers, Developers and Testers to consume and use for requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management techniques. - Requirements Analysts are engaged in work efforts at all scales ranging from minor defect fixes and enhancements to development of new applications. They are also involved in all types of solution approaches (custom development, package implementation etc.) and solution domains (business applications, data warehouses, web services, infrastructure etc.) - Facilitates meetings with clients or project team. Conduct requirements and design workshops utilizing banking, insurance and fraud management knowledge and experience - Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. - Improving/developing business requirement processes and defines standards with the goal to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Document it as the standard guideline/procedures. Enforce in all projects’ business requirement process and monitor the outcome. - Leading, review and quality control other projects team on business requirement processes. - Creates test scenarios and develops test plans to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design. Assists in analyzing testing results throughout the project - Develop professions deliverables such as Requirements, Functional Specifications, Data Mapping, Design, Business Rules, Test Strategy, Test Scripts and User Guides. - Interpret regulatory guidelines in fraud management to be configured and coded into SAS systems, hands on configuration and scripting.   What we’re looking for - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Finance, Fraud Management or related discipline, with minimum of 5 years’ working experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst working with project sponsor to understand and document project objectives, scope, gaps and to establish vision. - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with business owners to understand current processes and to document and prioritize requirements specifications, business processes and recommendations. - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with other related projects to understand and manage project dependencies. - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with project managers to plan business analysis and highlight risks and issues. - Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. - Strong oral and written communications skills. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the areas of data capture and integration. You will provide consulting and implementation service including requirements gathering, analysis, solution development, knowledge transfer and project closeout both off and on customer site; assists sales teams with relevant activities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.   You will - Provide expertise in data management (including data warehousing and ETL) to on-going project implementation and consulting. - Perform advanced ETL development activities using SAS Data Integration, Informatica, PL/SQL, Oracle Database tuning, SQL tuning, Informatica Server administration, etc.  - Leverage detailed technical knowledge to support sales opportunities and implementations across solution domains. - Provide data analysis to support new project definition/design as well as to troubleshoot/resolve issues with existing subject areas. - Experiences in maintaining a high volume, multi-terabyte data warehouse application. - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, developers and other architects. - To conceptualize client needs and translate into specific implementation strategies. - Conduct unit tests and assist in test preparations to ensure data integrity, data quality and program quality. - Provide project status and progress updates to Management team and work closely with Advisor, Business Analysts, and other Developers.   What we’re looking for - Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Computer Science or related field - At least 5 years relevant working experience, with an in-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies. - Expert in designing and developing the ETL processes. Must have Good experience in design, development, and implementation of DW/BI solutions. - Experience/knowledge in solution implementation (Fraud, Risk, CI, BPM or CRM). - Experience in Base SAS, SAS Macros, SQL, OLAP cubes, DI studio (or any ETL tool is must) and Data Quality tools. - Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system is desirable. - Database or system performance tuning experiences would be an advantage. - Advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills. - Excellent teamwork and client service skills. - Willing to travel as dictated.   Why SAS - We love living the #SASlife and believe that happy, healthy people have a passion for life, and bring that energy to work. Interacts with clients/customers, staff, Group Managers, and applicable departments at SAS. You are required to interact with clients/customers, staff, ground managers, and applicable department at SAS by leveraging your domain and industry expertise.    Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assumes fiscal responsibility for the projects, including managing budget, expense management, timely invoicing, receivables tracking and monitoring /managing subcontractor expenses. - Communicates the role of the project manager to the project team and client by outlining authority, decision, and communications chains. - Identifies and matches skills of project team members with the implementation requirements and tasks, including subcontractors if required, and ensure team members understand their assignments. - Completes risk assessment documents for projects, meeting articulated criteria (sizeable financial concerns, heavy use of subcontractors, implementation of new solutions, etc.) - Prepares sample or high-level project plans to satisfy customer requirements to close deals, identify potential implementation options and provide recommendations on implementation approaches. - Assists in the response to RFIs and RFPs, utilizing the RFP Repository and coordinating the consulting resources that are providing the technical information. - Maintains an accurate project plan, adheres to deadlines, and communicates weekly project status reports, issues, alerts, signoffs and closure to the team, management, and the customer. - Forecasts revenue and resource requirements for the duration of the project. - Provides leadership and drives customer success while overcoming barriers and satisfying staff, management, and stakeholder commitments. - Resolves any conflict between the project and other organizational units in a satisfactory manner, including engaging management as necessary. - Communicates project goals to those outside the project and engages management or leadership in other units as needed to ensure customer success. - Completes engagement/project summary, project closeout procedures and skills inventory updates at end of project. Assures overall customer satisfaction through project health checks, surveys and Delivery Excellence agreements.   What we’re looking for - Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Computer Engineer/Science or quantitative field. - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing complex software/ solution service project delivery. - Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues. - Understands win/win negotiation principles. - Very good problem-solving, organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and with a team. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. - You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
