Our Fraud and Financial Crimes solutions are designed to help senior executives and heads of Fraud and Financial Crimes departments: - Improve financial performance by reducing losses, improving capital management and building a risk-aware culture throughout the organization - Transcend operational silos with an enterprise-wide, fully integrated fraud modeling framework that consolidates information and provides an accurate, unified view of exposures, and delivers critical information to those who need it when they need it - Reduce time and cost of compliance by establishing processes to ensure data consistency and integrity, and demonstrating system accuracy and control to regulators with documented audit trails, process transparency and complete traceability - Open platform that allows industry leading transparency into the alert generation process within Anti-Money Laundering Domain PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES   Delivery Advisory - Responsibility to plan services capacity efforts within the DACH region using global, regional, local, offshore, and partner resources - Collaborate with DACH pre-sales and sales teams to define and position competitive packages of services offerings that deliver on services quality, time to value, and customer satisfaction    - Create and communicate effective services delivery models that ensure effective resource utilization - Coach and challenge ongoing service delivery engagements to optimize results and outcome     - Develop and promote a set of services assets and collateral, ie IP, artifacts, best practices, to be used in services delivery that result in repeatable, predictable success for engagements and teams - Develop and execute an enablement plan to make sure the team is best suited to fulfill their job in front of the customer  Partner Strategy - Choose and work with DACH wide partners to grow the consulting business - Develop an learning path focused on solution delivery that enables delivery partners within the region   Customer Focus - Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers during sales and delivery of services in alignment with the Account Team - Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers, escalation management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.   Internal Relationships - Collaborates regularly with DACH sales, presales and other consulting teams to ensure progress toward company goals - Continuous exchange with product management, research & development, product marketing and education organizations.    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop strategic direction and priorities for fraud within the DACH region - Clarifies processes and establishes the infrastructure necessary to ensure successful delivery of projects - May develop other strategic services - Promotes Consulting Services throughout the region - Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. - Makes sure that the PSD fraud team is motivated and has the right skill set to achieve project success   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Expert knowledge of vertical software markets and formulation or response plans within those markets. - Expert knowledge of specific technology disciplines or Fraud and Financial Crimes solution / subject areas, ie Credit and Deposit Fraud/Digital Fraud/App Fraud, AML/CDD, Sanctions/Watchlist Screening, BSA Regulatory (or region equivilant). - Excellent initiative, self-starter, interpersonal, consensus-building, organizational, time-management, negotiating, influencing and planning skills. - Development of strategic business planning and assessment models. - Experience in selling and delivering large complex solutions which require the integration of multiple products and technologies, and specific risk / finance domain skills. - Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. - Excellent and timely decision making, as erroneous decisions will have a material impact on the overall success of the regional Fraud consulting practice.   EDUCATION - University degree with background in Fraud or Compliance, Statistics, Financial Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant work experience   PREFERENCES - Globally recognized fraud certifications such as ACAMS - Experience in Banking and/or Insurance within a financial institution or consulting firm. - Ability to travel up to 50% domestically as business needs dictate. - Excellent communication skills - Experience with Fraud and Financial Crimes operations - Experience with SAS Fraud and Financial Crimes products and solutions - Typically requires extensive experience in technical implementation of software systems. - Demonstrated success in P&L management. - Experience in a leadership and/or formal management role.   EQUIVALENCY - Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the requirements stated above.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Work is typically performed in an office environment, using simple, easy muscular movements, involving only the handling of light materials, tools, or equipment in easy work positions, and with no special speed requirements or long stretches of exertion. - Vision requirements for this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
