***This role can be placed anywhere in Germany***   The Customer Success Account Executive (CSAE) will manage a portfolio of install-base customers who have purchased our strategic technology or solutions. The goal is to support those customers from onboarding through technology adoption, usage expansion and possibly modernization of their SAS estate. Our curiosity fuels innovation, pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo and changing the way we live.    What you’ll do   We’re looking for a Senior Fraud and Security Intelligence Solutions Advisor, experienced in addressing fraud, waste, abuse, and integrity in government programs.    You will act as a subject matter expert, providing business and technical support for pre-sales activities for SAS fraud solutions as part of a team of other subject matter experts and technical resources across government and health care programs.  This team serves as primary support for all opportunities within the Asia Pacific region within those business areas, as well as secondary support for opportunities around the world.   This is hands on work.  It involves a combination of travel and remote work to present SAS solutions to prospective clients, to build and conduct solution demonstrations, to propose technology solutions that client business challenges, and to working directly with clients from the line level to top executives and elected officials during pre-sales activities and during project implementation.    You will be expected to develop an understanding of SAS solutions supported by the Fraud & Security Intelligence (F&SI) Division, and how they can solve client issues of fraud, risk, and program integrity through the applied use of analytics, data management, and business intelligence.    This team supports a broad range of program areas, including government finance, law enforcement, national security, social benefit schemes, health care, borders, environment, and utilities.  We are seeking a person with experience and passion with direct experience working with these types of clients, either directly, or through consulting, and one who will complement the opportunities we are pursuing as well as the broader skill sets of the team.    Your role will require you to perform the following types of activities:   - Work with account executives to perform client briefings and presentations that position F&SI solutions to (a) national, provincial/state, and local governments, (b) private sector health care organizations, and (c) utilities throughout the region. - Participate in proofs-of-value, including ingestion/analysis of data, creation of business logic, generation and interpretation of reports and alerts, and establishment of measurements to gauge value produced. - Lead client workshops, support written proposal development and subsequent orals presentations, as well as support contract negotiations. - Create solution architecture materials and identify bills of material, in conjunction with Sales and Customer Advisory teams. - Assist in responding to solicitations (tenders, requests for proposal, etc.), including content creation and pricing. - Support the development of marketing materials and SAS sales training. - Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients and SAS implementation staff or alliance partners during fraud solution implementations. - Track and report on opportunities and pipeline through Orion and other lead tracking tools. - Demonstrate SAS experience and leadership through authoring publications, speaking at industry events, participating in work groups and being active in social media channels.     What we’re looking for:  - Four (4) years or more of experience in creating solution demonstrations that involve data analytics, presenting to clients, and supporting technology sales teams. Ideally, this experience will be for government programs aimed at detecting, preventing or acting against fraud, waste and abuse. - Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Analytics, Government Administration, Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or related fields. - Relevant certification(s) in a fraud-related area is desired but not required.
