They are responsible for creating strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to secure every renewal. They are responsible for minimizing financial attrition, locking in the most favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and passing insights back to the business.   As a Customer Success Renewal Specialist, you will:             - Serve as primary contact to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies for medium to large account contract renewals that optimize contract terms while protecting and enhancing customer trust. Required Qualifications  - Good understanding of SaaS/subscription-based renewals models, application, and sales techniques. - Strong negotiation and objection handling skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the CXO level, involving multi-year contract as well. - Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Our Risk solutions are designed to help senior risk executives and heads of risk departments.   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Advisory Risk Domain Leader to join Greater China Customer Advisory (CA) team and take on a wide range of responsibilities that encompass strategic alignment, pre-sales activities, solution offerings, and pipeline generation. The Risk Domain Leader will play a critical role in setting the domain strategy and driving growth of the business as well as a team of specialists across Greater China. If you are passionate to create and deliver business value to customers in the RiskTech/ FinTech, this role just might be your perfect next play!    As a CA Risk Domain Leader, you will:  - Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve sales goals in the Risk domain, and help establish SAS as the key Risk analytics partner. - Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations and solutions to prospects and customers. - Ensure the quality of engagements across various activities such as business planning, deal qualification, demand management, bid management, and marketing activities within the domain. - Responsible for covering solutions under the Risk domain, owning the pipeline generation and execution process. - Drive demand generation and deals development related to Risk solutions across Greater China in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Alliance & Channels teams to create new business opportunities including cloud-based Risk solutions. - Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales and R&D groups to validate market-driven sales approaches to support strategic initiatives and ensure customer and market direction input is reflected in ongoing releases. - Lead/ support pre-sales activities of a specialized team, mentor/ coach other team members and create a high-performing culture.   To be successful in this role, you will require:  - Sound knowledge of multiple areas of risk including credit risk (retail/ credit card/ wholesale), balance sheet management and stress testing. Working knowledge of ICAAP, Basel IV / RWA capital calculation, Solvency II, C-ROSS2 in the banking and insurance and banking sectors. - 10+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in Risk solutions providers or risk consulting firms highly preferable. - Proven ability to drive incremental revenue. Demonstrated industry relationships and credibility. - Hands-on presales management skills in a frontline organization - Strong understanding of risk management practice and the regulatory and business needs of Financial Services companies across Greater China. A broader appreciation of risk management technologies globally. - Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and decisioning skills. - Fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese advantageous. - Bachelor's degree or above. Risk management related certificates preferable.    Diverse and Inclusive At SAS, it’s not about fitting into our culture – it’s about adding to it.
