You'll cultivate and strengthen internal and external customer relationships in order to build a rich database of customer advocates that can be leveraged globally to promote the credibility of SAS and our offerings. Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Finance – LatAm)   Summary:   Accounts Receivable Coordinator reports to the Head of Accounts Receivable in the region and works inside the Global Accounting Services for SAS. The main activities are to ensure the quality of all the invoicing, collection and accounting processes, creating efficiencies, providing visibility to the business and at the same accomplishing with local legal requirements in each country. This position review and supervises different process in other countries along LatAm.   Primary Responsibilities: - Coordinate and continuously enhances the Invoicing process, promoting the highest quality standards and best practices and assuring the compliance with policies and General Accounting Accepted Principles. - Follow up with customers and involved departments, working with clear and useful KPIs and Aging reports that promote visibility on the performance of collection - Work closely with key members of the company - Responsible for registering and setting up new e-billing portals for the company - Follow up with the customers daily on the status of their receivables to enhance the company relationship, communication and collection. - Be part of the Oracle Fusion’s implementation project for the Accounts Receivable module, ensuring consistency with the statutory and business requirements.
